Leadership and AI Strategy

I am a senior leader and the founder of Starlight, the UK’s teacher-first AI-powered coaching platform for schools. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, reflective practice, and responsible AI adoption.

For over two decades, I have worked in education, leading teaching and learning and supporting whole-school improvement. I understand the realities of school life: workload pressures, safeguarding responsibilities, policy complexity, and the challenge of leading change without overwhelming people.

AI presents both opportunity and risk. Schools do not need hype. They need clarity, structure, and strategy.
