Why Starlight Exists

After leading whole-school coaching and professional development for over two decades, I saw the same constraint everywhere: coaching works — but time does not scale.

Observations are limited. Feedback depends on availability. Insight is often episodic.

Starlight was designed to address that gap.

 

It uses transcript-based analysis and AI systems to provide structured, actionable feedback from lesson recordings, meetings, and professional dialogue — without adding observation pressure or increasing workload.
